China sanctions US, more to come
It was reported that US indicted 5 PLA officers for cyber hacking and stealing trade secrets. China strongly reacted with the indictment of their military officers.
“This US move, which is based on deliberately fabricated facts, grossly violates the basic norms governing international relations and jeopardizes China-US cooperation and mutual trust. China lodged protest with the US side right after the announcement, urging the US side to immediately correct its mistake and withdraw the indicment,” China said on Monday.
However, US did not withdrew the said indictment and stand firm with its decision. This ‘lack of sincerity in solving the issue’ moved China to “suspend activities of the China-US Cyber Working Group. China will react further to the US “indictment” as the situation evolves.”
China also said that they uphold cyber security. “The Chinese government, the Chinese military and their relevant personnel have never engaged or participated in cyber theft of trade secrets. The US accusation against Chinese personnel is purely ungrounded with ulterior motives.”
hmmmm it should be "Alibi is the weakest defense inside the trial court". Alibi is a denial of truth. But not all denial is alibi.. so, alibi is the weakest defense of all defenses available in court… just sayin!
